Men's Memorial Track & Field Award (Most Improved)
Andrew Johnson
AJ, had a  breakout year in 2005 setting new personal bests in the 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m.  AJ, was also a member of both indoor and outdoor record setting Distance Medley Relays. 

Women's Most Improved Award
Casey Sharpe
Casey just kept PRing all season long!!  She started off PRing indoors in the 400m and just kept rolling.  She was a meember of the All ODAC Distance Medley Relay and She capped off a great season by placing in the 400 hurdles at the ODAC Championships.

Men's Coaches & Captains Award (Service & Dedication)
Brian Krupczak
Brian continued to lead by example all season long.  He had his best fall and winter of training ever, but was limited by an unfortunate injury at the indoor championship meet.  Brian held strong, rehabed his way back and placed in the 100m at the outdoor championship meet and lead of the men's 4x100m relays which also placed at the ODAC Championships.

Women's Coaches & Captain Award (Service & Dedication)
Meredith Walker
Meredith capped off a tremendous career for the Generals.  She held strong in the ODAC Championship meet placing in the 100m and anchoring both record setting 4x100 and 4x400 relays.
