Cross Country Invite

Women placed 3rd at JMU Invitational held at the New Market Battlefield cross country course.

The women used strong pack running to place 3rd out of 9 schools at the JMU invite running on the 5100m course. 
50 seconds separated the top 5 runners for the Generals.  Sophomore Kat Telfeyan led the way with a 17th place finish running 21:15.  Freshmen Christine Balistreri crossed the line 18th with a time of 21:36 while sophomore Dorothy Todd was 20th in 21:50.  Classmate Lizz Krausnick was 21st running 22:02 and freshmen Katherine Fenwick rounded out the top 5 with a 23rd place finish and a time of 22:06.  Sophomore Mary Frances Weatherly (32nd) and senior Kelley Zwart (37th)were W&Ls 6th and 7th runners.
