CROSS COUNTRY

2005: George’s sophomore season was highlighted by two huge PRs, lowering his 8000m personal best by 95 seconds to 33:25.2 at the ODAC Championship. He also earned his second varsity letter for the Generals.

 

2004: The freshman letter winner competed in five races for the Generals in 2004, lowering his personal best by over two and a half minutes over the course of the season.

 

Prep: Ran four years of cross-country at Worcester Academy, earning three letters for the Hilltoppers.

8000m: 33:25.2 (2005 ODAC Championship)


TRACK

Outdoor 2006: Despite battling a knee injury from the winter, George ran a personal best in the 1500 at Roanoke College (4:59.57).

 

Indoor 2006: Did not compete due to a knee injury.

 

Outdoor 2005: Focusing on the 1500m, George PR’ed several times over the course of the season, capping the year off with a personal best of 5:01.40 at the ODAC Championship.

 

Indoor 2005: George competed in for the Generals indoors concentrating on the 800m. He lowered his personal best in the event by over 20 seconds at the Washington and Lee Invitational.

 

Prep: In three years of track, George earned two varsity letters at Worcester Academy.
